This Ministry provides guidelines for the church – all policies and procedures, and handbooks. The duties of Excellence in Administration are to support the senior pastor and to support the church and its mission statement with their time, talents and resources in the worship of God and in service to others. The duties of Excellence in Administration shall include the following:   Frame the Vision - ensure the structure, policies and procedures can deliver the vision of the Pastor. Protect the house - secure the house from litigation - create an accountability system to maintain the health of the ministry - create a system for processing grievances - create a system for discipline and restoration of leadership who have fallen into sin. Keep it moving - manage and enforce structure, policies and procedures - manage calendar - space management - manage communications systems.
